Hi! I'm Nick and I enjoy romantic candlelight dinners and long walks on the beach. Haha, just kidding (though I do love the beach!). I'm a laid back kind of guy that just loves to have fun. More than anything I love spending time with my girls, Tiffany and Mya. I have to participate in this little thing called work everyday (I work for Overstock.com), but that is only so Tiffany can stay at home with Mya, which we both think is super important. Honestly, my number one goal in life is to make those two happy.
Other than spending time with Tiffany and Mya, I enjoy reading, writing (I write a Personal Finance blog), traveling, playing and watching sports, and being outside. I want to share all of those interests with my kids, so we make sure to spend a lot of time doing all of them. Mya has already been to New York City, Hawaii, and San Francisco, and she is only two! :)
The other two things that are really important to me are the gospel and my extended family. We spend a lot of our time in our church callings and we spend a lot of time with our extended families. It is really fun right now because there are a lot of kids in the family, so Mya has a lot of cousins to play with.
I am so excited to grow our family through adoption again. I can't tell you how excited I am for Mya to have a sibling. She is going to be a great big sister; she has a lot of love to give. I'm also excited to see Tiffany with a small baby again, it is super cute!

My Mom and Dad are great people. My Dad
is a very successful businessman and is someone I can always go to for
good advice. He loves to travel, cook, camp, and hike. My Mom is one of
the sweetest ladies you could ever meet. You can always find my mom
engaged in some sort of project helping other people. One of my favorite
things about my mom is that she loves dogs, just like me! My parents
have three granddaughters and two grandsons. They are great grandparents
and are excited to get even more grandkids!

Carly
is my oldest sister and she loves acting that way. She has always been
there to gently nudge me to become a better person and has been a great
example all of my life. Brandon is her husband and is one of my best friends. Brandon and Carly are always willing to help us at a
moment's notice, they are great people.
A person couldn't ask for better nieces
and nephews than these kids. They are the sweetest, most well-behaved
kids I have ever been around. Bailee is just like her mom, and is
perfect playing the bossy older sister role. She loves to sing and dance
and is very good at them both! Austin is very smart and analytical. Carter is a mini clone of me. He looks just like I did when I was his
age, and he acts like it too. Sami reminds me of that poem about girls that says they are "Sugar,
Spice, and everything nice". She is both very sweet and very feisty.
Sami is a lot of fun, and she LOVES her aunt Tiffany.

Brooke passed away in 2008. She was a
great sister, daughter, and aunt. Brooke was very intelligent and a very
talented musician. She loved to read, write, and play the flute. She
was one of the most selfless people in the world and she was always
concerned with making everyone feel happy and comfortable. We miss her!

Ashley recently moved back to Utah from California. We love having her around. She is full of spunk and energy and she is always the life of the party. It is really fun for us to watch her play with Mya, Mya just adores her. Ashley loves to act and sing and she is currently saving up money to attend a Master's program for Theater.
